It was, as I mentioned, my first proper time in Provence. Why do I say “first proper time”? Well, I’ve been just outside Cote d’Azur (= the French Riviera) in places like Grasse, La Colle Noire and Saint Paul de Vence, which I think technically belongs to the Provence region… Or maybe it’s more the French Riviera. Aaanyway, this is why I’m saying “my first proper time to Provence”. 

We came in a few days before the Jacquemus show so that I could explore and enjoy this place a little bit before and I’m so happy that I did. I got to see and stroll around Aix-en-Provence for a little bit and it was such a pleasure to get out of Paris and arrive in such an adorable and colourful place.
